- Preparing and translating training materials in different languages.
- Submitting weekly report to the Group Training manager.
- Coordinating and liaising with Site managers and Administrators to ensure correct attendance.
- Training and facilitating, theoretically and practically, courses for different types of trades, different level of staff.
- Doing self and team assessment.
- Assessing, theoretically and practically, the trades, Foremen and G. Foremen for Training need analysis.
- Collecting daily site reports for productivity measurement.
- Preparing daily productivity measurement sheets.
- Following up with the Engineers/Foremen to ensure correct measurement.
- Conducting a monthly meeting with site management to discuss the training feedback and the production measurement report.
-Assisting in interviewing new people joining the group or transferred between departments.
-Conducting language courses at our Head office in 3 levels.
-Managing and controlling the e-learning center.
-Submitting weekly productivity reports for 4 sites.
- Carry out daily site inspection.
- Monitor & update Civil & Mep clearance logs.
- Prepare & Review material submittal form for approval, check compliance with the Bill of Quantities, specifications & shop drawings.
- Audit & send laboratory test requests & update the tests result log.
- Verify the soil test results.
- Issuing and closing NCR’s.
- Audit Quality reports & monitor Quality status for civil & MEP activities.
- Coordinate between MEP works & civil activities.
- Assist the QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of project’s close out documents.
- Maintain & retain all quality records, submissions (including checklists, ITP’s, PQP, MS, RFI, Certificates, etc…).
- Ensure unique identification, collection, indexing, access, filing, storage, safety & maintenance of all project file elements.
- Prepare document transmittals to consultant.
- Retain all originals in the site document control section.
- Submitting & Finalizing RTA permissions (Road closure, Parking Engagement).
- Following up suppliers & subcontractors invoices.
- Prepare the construction Daily report activities.
- Submitting the Site Actual Status Report.
Conducting daily site inspections along with reports submission to Project managers.
• Prepare employee monthly evaluation report.
• Prepare sales analysis report.
- Monthly & Yearly sales comparison report with previous records.
- Improve the quality of work based on the comparison reports.
• Ensure that the branch comply with ISO quality certificates.
- Improve staff skills to reach Customer satisfaction & Train the employees on the best communication skills.
- Keeping the site conditions complying with the ministry of health requirements.
- Afford Good presentation for the products.
• Submit weekly report for the petty cash & Provide quotations to Account Dept.
• Monthly Meetings are done for performance assessment.
