Working as Section Manager - Finance Department at Saudia Air Lines - Cargo since Aug 20, 2008. Responsible mainly about management accounting and budgeting + Financial accounting and reporting.
Working as Financial Controller and In Charge of the Hotel Operation (acting GM) for tow branches of Le Meridine hotel (Part of Starwood International Hotels and Resorts) in Medina and Taif. Recently, I have been also assigned recently to receive the Finance Department of the Le Meridien Makkah towers, LM Makkah towers is a very huge property seeking the very top VIP guests with total room inventory over 1300 rooms
In charge of the finance department in both hotels
Review all accounting work (JVs, reconciliation, closing, , , etc)
Manage the team of finance department (about 10 staff in each hotel)
find the financial solution for any up normal situation may occur
Prepare the budget for the tow hotel and report it and discuss it with Le Meridien HO in Dubai

find out the proper accounting solution for any unusual operational transaction
sets the internal operational policies and procedures for both hotels
managing cash and payments for payables
monitoring the accounts receivables level and enforce collections
monitoring the level of inventories and cost of sales
follow up the implementation for the budget through out the year, compare it to the actual, under line the deviation, reason for this deviation, figure out the proper correction action and implement it.
prepare the monthly report and report them to both the owner and the operator (Le Meridien HO)
follow up the monthly reports inquiry fro HO and the owner.
