• Prepare federated models for all assets in the coordination space.
• Review the contractors’ models and prepare BIM360 Issues.
• Lead progress /coordination meetings and undertake coordination
workshops with contractors.
• Ensure that all clashes and discrepancies are resolved.
• Review the contractors’ Packages submitted on Aconex and give the
corresponding response.
• Understand the Client’s BIM requirements on the project and Perform
QA/QC model submission audits to ensure project/Client standards
compliance.
Job Description:
- HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing Design review & update.
- Mechanical Engineers Team Leading.
- Creating Shop drawings.
- Preparing RFIs.
- Preparing material submittals.
- Project BIM models & Coordination.
- Preparing Revit Templates, Settings & Standards.
- Managing data using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Create and maintain the equipment library.
- Build the 3D BIM models for shop drawing productions and as-built drawings.
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall project design is consistent and meets project goals.
- Prepares BOQ schedules from BIM modeling.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior BIM engineers.
- Ensure that BIM models adhere to project specifications.
- Performing quality control checks on 3D models and drawings for accuracy and completeness.

*Description
-Participate in HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing BIM modelling, Coordination or Shop drawings of projects.
-Creating Revit families for the projects.
- Training of Revit MEP.
-Preparing RFIs.& BOQ.
-Technical support for BIM software.
-Any other services related to MEP work such as BIM implementation, new technologies implementations, standardization...etc.
-Any related work process reports.
