In-charge of executing planned maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and improvements in factory facilities. Reporting to VP Manufacturing.
Ensures that all planned maintenance activities are recorded and carried out without delay to avoid production downtime.
Records maintenance of all department activities, spare parts inventory, government-related transactions, ISO related documentation, technical data/drawings/manuals of equipment & facilities, and provide relevant reports.
Successful implement Planning & scheduling system for all machine to improve predictability of breakdown with proper PM plans execution with monthly Plan adherence
Appreciated by external auditor for best 5S standard of workshop
Assessment for cooling system and make overhauling for cooling tower, chillers, RO plant, AHU, Pressure air compressors.
Monitors all technicians’ job assignments daily.
Maintains spare parts inventory and ensuring orders/stock levels are monitored
Ensures utilities are provided in all areas
Ensures the plant is operating safely
Ensures all logistical support is working properly ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensures that all plant machinery are in optimum performance level and safe
Ensures that all technicians are performing their jobs according to set standards and procedure
Ensures Safety in all areas of operation Skills
Must be a licensed Engineer or related discipline with relevant experience in plant maintenance
Must be results oriented, can make sound decisions, capable of analyzing and evaluating problems, and providing corrective & preventive actions with a sense of urgency
Able to communicate well in all levels
Working knowledge in basic management skills such as; planning, leading organizing and control
Scheduling, Planning and executing the projects activities in order to complete the jobs on Time meeting or Beating the Budget.
