Responsibilities: • Compare and inspection the project materials with the Project Technical Specification (PTS), scope of work (SOW) Saudi Electric Company SEC standards TMSS, TCS, TES
• Check plans and ensure that the specifications are in accordance with the contract.
• Good experience in reading, analyzing and Design review protection schematic drawings.
• Good acknowledge of tender documents preparation and design review
• Witness and supervise for many activities at commissioning of 380/110/13.8 kv substations as: - Protection panels Scheme check and auxiliaries.
- TESTS (CT, CT loop VT, VT loop, CB, over all interlock, function check, HV test for BB protection)
- Close loop test (LCC GIS, ANN, SCADA, SOER, FR, LDC alarms)
- AC/DC auxiliary supply system (battery, battery chargers, distribution board.
- Substation grounding grid and electrical equipment ground.
- Substation lighting (indoor, outdoor)
• Gave the contractor the needed support to help him finishing the activities on time without any delay
• Supervisor and witness on replacing old protection system with new for 380 kv OHTL at energized substation RABIGH-1 power plant, YANBU Silent Water Conversion Corporation YSWCC
• Good acknowledge and work with GIS control SEIMENS, ABB, MITSUBISH, and HUNDAY.
• Witness commissioning and testing of control and protection relays, related instrumentation and switchgear, prepare report on findings, make recommendations for corrective action and sign relevant acceptance documentation.

2) In SAUDI ARABIA as testing commissioning engineer from September 2007 to Oct 2008 in JAZAN
33/13.8 KV substation.
Responsibilities: • Supervise for installing of 13.8 KV SCHNEIDER MCSET SWGR, ABB 33KV SWGR, 20MVA AREVA transformer, 33KV NOKIAN outdoor capacitor bank.
• Design of control cable schedule interface for 13.8KV SWGR, 33KV SWGR, 33/13.8 KV, 20MVA AREVA power transformer, control panels, SCADA marshalling status, alarms, command, TFR and SOER.
• IN Expert in trouble shooting in protection and control schemes, trouble shooting in operating equipments and devices.
• Testing of line protection relays (O/C, E/F, and SEF)
• Human man interface knowledge to communicate to relays by manual (and computer operated software methods for some relays as SEPAM S40, SEPAM S20, SEPAM S42, REJ 525, REX521, REF541, VAMP40, VAMP230, MIFII, SMORE B, micom P122) to change the operating settings as per system requirements.
• Testing of BUSBAR stability and sensitivity (HIGH IMPEDANCE RELAY)

1) Middle Egypt Electricity Distribution COMPANY MEEDCO in Egypt from JUL 2003 TO SEP 2007 as protection and maintenance engineer: Responsibilities: • Responsible for all activity of medium voltage SWGR 11, 22 KV: (Testing and installing of CT - VT-CIRCIUT BREAKERS -PROTECTIVE RELAYS)
• Responsible for maintenance and trouble shooting of the medium voltage SWGR CB, DC battery, DC battery chargers and the emergency problems in the SWGR.
• Charge to done the new SCADA connection status, alarms from MV SWGR, substation and distribution transformers to RTU.
