- Facilitate experience exchange and work requirements between operation departments
- Using Statistical process to assess process and results to understand strength and weakness points
- Review each department results based on departments KPI’s
- Review Preventive maintenance for all production machines and deliver all spare parts required with required specs by maintenance team or external specialized Co., change all required to achieve highest quality with low time
- Review plant OEE daily
- Lead different teams to implement Lean manufacturing in Production, Quality and maintenance departments
- Establish raw material specs for all ingredients and train responsible team on receiving process which impact on internal process
- Establish lot# system for raw material, during process and for finish product to facilitate tracking system
- Join R&D team and participate to innovate new 3 products
- Establish quality, food safety internal audit system to monitor all raw material, process and end process according to Harvest management system
