*As Senior Cost Control Engineer, Main duties / Responsibilities :
- Monitor and report costs against project target cost estimate .
- Client liaison on all cost related matters including contract compliance and change request approvals .
- Generate regular productivity rates from old data base .
- Review and estimate change orders and pricing of change impacts as required .
- Prepare RFQ during estimate stage or for current running projects .
- Estimation for new bids as per client requested .
- Make reports for some bids as per client requested before client starting the process for awarding projects to the winner bidders .

*As Senior Quantity Surveyor at South Dhahran Owner Ship Housing Project ( AJYAL Housing Project - ARAMCO ) from August 19, 2017 till September 30, 2017 .
* As Project Manager In-Charge @ Riyadh Conference Upgrade Program Project ( ARAMCO - Project Value : 180 Million SR ) from October 1, 2017 till March 31, 2018 .
Project Brief :
Azmeel had successfully completed the upgrade program for Riyadh conference palace (Day-0) as per the project specification, within a short period of 30 days. Azmeel made it to accomplish the project on time mainly due to comprehensive planning of its resources and materials:
- Demolition of several existing architectural finishing works
- Demolition of complete MEP systems
- Execution of new steel structural works for mezzanine floor
- Execution of Architectural works such as floor finishing (carpets, porcelain tiles and epoxy paint), wall finishing (wooden cladding, porcelain tiles, gypsum partition with painting), Ceiling finishing (gypsum board ceiling with paint), supply and installation of new metal and wooden doors, glazing partitions, smart film for glass partition.
- Installation of new MEP systems such as lighting fixtures, wiring devices, panel boards, BMS system, HVAC system, fan coil units, submersible pumps, fire-fighting system, water supply system, sewage system, sanitary fixtures etc…

Main Responsibilities:

* Complete the work for second phase ( Day-1 ) till handover .
* Finalize the contract with ARAMCO ( Project started as Cost Plus Project ) .
* Finalize the payments for Sub-Contractors/Suppliers and prepare the SRN and payment list accordingly .
* Complete the handover procedures for all disciplines after coordination with other department specially for MEP works .
* Prepare Daily & Monthly progress reports that's submitted regularly to both the Consultant/Client and client & Attend the weekly meetings at work sites with consultant and client .
* Prepare and submit the close out documents as per Consultant/Client requirements and get the official approval .
* Prepare and submit the Progress payment demand certificate to Consultant/Client and follow-up until deposit to company bank account .

As Senior Quantity Surveyor & Invoices Section Manager, Also I was working as Senior Estimator and we won projects with value more than One Billion Saudi Riyals . from Sep. 25, 2011 till Dec 31, 2012 .
As Procurement, Contracting Senior Engineer & Projects Coordinator for 6 On-Going Projects from January 01, 2013 till Sep 30, 2014.
As Estimation & Planning Section Manager at Building Sector from October 01, 2014 till Nov 02, 2015.

Main Responsibilities:

My duties start with estimation for new opportunities, then after the awarding of Seven projects, I continue working for several assignments ( Procurement, prepared contract for Sub-Contractor, preparing invoices to submit to clients & for Sub-contractor interior invoices , Estimation for Building projects and finally working after the new organization at centralized Bids Management .

As A Construction Manager to follow the Erection Works as A Representative of the Operation Department for the Different Pre-Cast Concrete Elements in some On-Going Projects Specially in SABIC Plastic Applications Development Center ( SPADC ) in Riyadh City .

* Coordinate with RBD-ELSEIF Co. Production Department to make the projects Time Schedules for On-Going Projects .
* Manage daily work schedule between site project manager from the Main Contractor Side and our higher management in Riyadh office.
