Process all the compensations and Benefits plans as per the annual objectives to put them into actions, and ensure proper implementation of it to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
I. Managerial
• Manage and Motive the team;
• Coordinate with all Head of Departments on Compensation needs;
• Define and follow up on weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI, Reporting);
• Conduct staff evaluation EPR
II. Operational
1. Time Management:
• Develop and Implement business travel policy.
• Develop and implement attendance policy
• Develop and maintain systems that enable the control and improve on attendance
• Provide specific support in relation to extra work.
• Supervise a reliable Personnel filing system
2. Payroll & Benefits:
• Create and develop Company Compensation policy.
• Monitor the implementation of monthly payroll
• Research and analyze competitor's salary rates and benefits
• Monitor the implementation of the medical insurance program
• Develop and suggest competitive new benefit packages
• Propose individual salary adjustments
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of bonus payment
• Supervise employees’ transfer, promotions, work certificates and other related admin activities
• Manage employees’ end of service procedure
3. Reward:
• Create and develop Company Reward policy;
• Lead on the implementation of new and existing reward programs and initiatives
• Established HR strategies, Policy and strategic initiatives that supports overall organizational strategy and direction.
• Implemented HR annual plans including HR vision, mission and strategic objectives and ensure its alignments.
• Transformed Zain Iraq business culture through a series of well implemented performance programs, employee satisfaction initiatives, consistent policies, and productivity improvements.
• Established the leadership development and change management programs to provide continuing leadership education and development.
• Improved overall level of employee satisfaction in dealing with HR by providing consistency and unbiased dealing with all employees.
• Integration of different culture employees from the largest companies in Iraq (Atheer & Iraqna) by insuring the team building & the team spirit.
• Implemented Business Partnering Model and increased HR effectiveness as a strategic business partner to deliver the company targets.
• Established Zain Iraq Employee Guidebook and policy standardizations.
• Implemented Zain Dialogue (Performance Management System) and replaced the traditional annual appraisal.
• Enhanced the communication between HR and other departments through opening different channels to provide high quality services.
• Maintained effective coordination and collaboration with Line Managements for ensuring a sustainable healthy work environment
