MAJOR ACHEIVMENTS
▪ Saving cost from mix design optimization around +1.5 million SAR per year
▪ Increasing special concrete production share (SCC, Durable, CLSM, ...) up to 25% of total production with gross margin higher on average by25-30% compared to standard concretes.
▪ Designing and supplying more than 3 million cubic meters of special concrete (SCC, Durable, CLSM, ...) during 2019 and 2020
▪ Preparing and approving 4 QC Managers, 9 batch plant inspectors, and 10s of QC Lab technicians for
Aramco onshore, offshore, and marine projects.
▪ Introducing CLSM mix to ER Amanah for infrastructure/road projects with mass production around +80k cubic meter during 2020.

▪ Leading the product development projects, in close coordination with marketing, technical support, sales, and industrial teams.
▪ Analyze the product portfolio, identify opportunities for developing new or improved products that command value-added pricing.
▪ Leading the product development process according to group policies and standards.
▪ Conducting regular visits to market and customers to monitor and understand usage behavior and application types for products and construction methods linked with Saudi Readymix products andservices.

▪ Introducing self-compacting concrete technology to several projects in KSA by conducting massive in- house seminars to consultants and designing offices
▪ Review several concrete specifications to mega projects (CMA Tower, Kempinski Hotel in Jeddah, ...) and introducing special concrete technologies to the market with high margin selling price.
▪ Getting Aramco approval (Manufacturer ID) for three ready-mixed batch plants in Yanbu, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
