1. Develop and implement training programs for varying levels of individuals for SABIC, SCECO.
2. Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
3. Prepares and documents procedures for employees and management who are appointed for training.
4. Develops, implements, administers and maintains a training management system.
5. Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to recipients and market leadership.
6. Maintain the suite of processes and procedures, which support the delivery of the managed training service.
1. Collect data and statistics necessary for the work planning for health care centers and hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
2. Prepare the reports related to the planning and highlight the results and raise the necessary recommendations to the general directorates of health affairs Saudi Arabia regions.
3.Discuss the results of the studies relating to the planning with officials.
