o Providing legal opinions and written researches, offering legal advices and consultations.
o Analyzing and evaluating the adequacy of financial guarantees to preserve the Company rights.
o Fully known of establishing Corporations, Reviewing the Articles of Association, its Amendments and Dissolution.
o Liaising with the G.M. in respect of day to day requirements of the business.
o Following-up the achievements, plans and stipulating the vertical and horizontal communications which organized the work.
o Assuming other duties and responsibilities which may be required from time to time, and beyond normal hours in order to ensure the smooth running of department and as required by the workload, or as requested by the G.M. Discharging all duties and
responsibilities in a professional manner at all times.

regulations, and regulations and ministerial
decisions issued for its implementation thereof, and

lawsuits, PLEA, Objection Petitions for Appeal
