Production Planning Engineer at United Wire Factories Company

Brief Description: Production Planner briefly is the link between sales and production staff, I plan the resources in order to satisfy all clients by giving them the right products, the right quantity at the right time. Also, I ensure all production processes are going smoothly.
- Assistant production manager, to take some actions and develop plans, reports.
- Responsible for 9 section supervisors and between 150 - 200 workers, all in Saudi Wire branches (1 & 2).
- Member of the inventory committee (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Receiving manufacturing requests from:
a- Saudi factory sales department (for the Black wire, Galvanizing wire, Annealed wire, PVC, Nails).
b- Branches (Gulf, Heet, Riyadh, Alsageer, Jeddah, Khamis, Buraidah).
c- Chain-link and Barbed sections (for galvanized wire).
- Scheduling the production in the departments and the machines.
- Make a production plan for the wire drawing section (daily), it includes which sizes to produce on the machines and what are quantities required.
- Follow the orders for the wire drawing section, to satisfy all orders for the next sections (galvanizing, nails, annealing).
- Follow the orders for the annealing section.
- Follow the orders for the nails section.
- Sending the required products (galvanized wires, annealed wire, barbed, chainlink, nails, PVC) to branches.
- Receiving production reports from some of the branches, and make reports for their production-consumption of galvanized wire and compare it with what we have sent to them.
- Responsible for the implementation of the production and maintenance departments Purchase Requests (MRQ), by using the FOCUS ERP and follow up with the purchasing department.
- Make & Review Daily Production Reports (DPR) for all branches and send them to the Top Management.
- Making Rebar TAGS for branches (Gulf, Jeddah, Heet).
- Prepare Excel sheet files for production reports and give it to supervisors to send back daily detailed PR.

Section Supervisor at United Wire Factories Company (ASLAK)

- Responsible from the main section of the wire drawing in Saudi wire branch (the biggest branch) and is the initial stage of industrialization and feeds the rest of the branches and divisions to complete the manufacturing process as an end product where all the products of this section are preliminary and semi-finished products.
- Responsible for 2 foremen & Die makers, 24 operators, 2 forklift drivers, and 1 cleaner.
- Supervising the process of arranging and coordinating the production demands of the company's sales department as production capacity, production, and storage of the product and delivery deadlines according to the timetable for the production process and track the status of manufacturing demand in the rest of the stages.
-Follow-up maintenance and condition of the machinery and technical coordination between the sections of maintenance and production and reduce downtime due to breakdowns.
- Responsible for tracking and scheduling supervisors, technicians, workers in shifts, holidays, and incentives are making the production process is stable and achieve daily, monthly and annual process productivity goals.

- Public Corporation For Irrigation And Earth Moving (PCIWE), contracted with Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC). - The (GNPOC) is a petroleum exploration and production company operating in Sudan. It was incorporated on 18 June 1997 and undertook the construction of the Greater Nile Oil Pipeline which links Sudan's oil fields with refineries at Khartoum and Port Sudan. The GNPOC concession in the Western Upper Nile area includes the large Unity and Heglig oil fields plus smaller fields at El Toor, El Noor, Toma South, Bamboo.
- Our main activity as a contractor company with GNPOC is preparing Oil Well Pads for rig equipment mainly on Heglig oil fields.
- As Executive engineer, I am responsible for 4 supervisors and a number of team leaders as well as 150-200 workers, including technicians (mechanics - electricians), heavy equipment & tipper truck drivers, and site management workers (cooker, cleaner, etc.).
- Follow up the machinery and equipment and distribute them to the ٍSide.
- Estimate and calculate what is required for the construction work of the company During a specific time period based on contracts.
- Calculate equipment productivity to achieve specific performance goals and ratios.
- Responsible for the health, safety, environment (HSE Officer).
- Delegate purchases of spare parts, oils, security, and safety equipment. - The decision of overtime for workers and operators.
- Preventive maintenance, Periodic maintenance, and removal of breakdowns for all heavy equipment & tipper trucks.
- Responsible for the Mechanical Workshop.
- Responsible for mobile workshop sites.
