» Manage the IT Team (IT Infrastructure Administrator, Applications Functional Administrator, Applications Technical Administrator) In providing support to all Business Units in the areas of application support, report development, data integrity analysis & rectification, network & IT peripherals trouble-shooting and email & Office Automation support.
» Manage Store IT Managers of all Business Units to ensure that their Stores have provided acceptable first level support in the areas of preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting and coordination of repairs on all IT peripherals including PCs, printers, POS, scales, scanners and communication equipment/ Telephones; data entry to retail system at stores; printing of reports, shelf labels and relevant price tags for end-users And system support for routine stock takes.
» Coordinate user requirements of all Business Units and liaise with Group IT for Application development, implementation and technical Infrastructure support.
» Manage and ensure that IT suppliers are performing at acceptable standards and response at all times.
» Manage & coordinate the IT Budget of all Business Units and to ensure compliance of IT audit requirements within Group standards.
» Develop and execute the Ecommerce strategy.
» Develop and execute plans to broaden the geographic reach of the brand.
» Managing budgeting and trading processes forecast and execute web sales and web metrics.
» Managing and monitoring all online activities.
