-Worked closely with project stakeholder and staff to understand the business requirements document and system requirements specifications (SRS) for the BRM (Oracle Billing and Review Management) application.
-Worked on the integration between billing system and the other existing applications, systems, interfaces and network elements such like the rating system and provisioning systems and free radius (Dalo radius)
- I was Responsible about all company offers, products and campaigns creation on the billing system (Pricing Center Module in Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM)).
- I was responsible about creation and managing all company employees user across all billing system modules
- Conducting and Supervising the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and verifying performance, and reliability.
- Test and ensure the quality of the developed billing system supports the business needs and requirements.
- Checking and exploring possible solutions for systems bugs and errors.
-Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Worked on other billing system evaluation such like emerald.-Develop new business requirements, support and customize current System applications design and develop new business application.
-Translating all client requirements into highly specific project briefs.
- I worked on checking and verifying all the billing system test cases and test scenarios and managing them by using Spira testing tool.
- I was responsible about checking and monitoring most of the billing system services such like the communication manager, provisioning listener, pipeline discount, email and SMS listener, BRM radius, bill run and trial bills generation.
- Developing all the company needed reports by suing crystal report
- I was providing training for the billing system CSR users.- Prepare and generate test conditions and conduct testing scenarios on the completed systems.

•Telecommunication, Wireless Department: Works in messaging, value
added services (VAS), protocols, gateways, networks development,
portals, billing systems, Operators … etc.
•Major Duties:
1-Developing gateway that translates protocols to each others in project called Eskadenia Radius Diameter Gateway (ERDG).
2-Working on Developing SMS Center that deals with different sources like VAS services and ESMSE, SS7 through specific protocols in project called Eskadenia Short Message Service Center (ESMSC)
3-Working on Developing Wallet System that deals with agents Management, Merchants Management, operator’s management, Service Providers and others in project called EMWS (Eskadenia Mobile Wallet System).
4-Working on developing Messaging System that deals with SMS messages as an operator in project called EMWS (Eskadenia Mobile Wallet System).
5-Working on developing the web of Notifications, and Messaging system called EEMS (Eskadenia Easy Move System). 6-Working on developing the core of small module in advertising projet called EMAP(Eskadenia Mobile Advertising Project)
