Client Relationship Management:
Accountable for achieving account wise business targets.
Identify and develop prospective clients with focused and effective presentation along with persistent and entrepreneurial prospecting techniques in highly competitive marketplaces
Perform need-based client assessment to provide effective product/service solution. Organize and manage sales from introduction to closing, while facilitating the ease of operational aspects through effective collaboration with co-workers, vendors, and related parties
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies while tracking progress versus established internal and external benchmarks
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product, respective marketplace, industry regulations, competitive offerings, and other areas of client concern
Address client queries and resolve them in an expedited manner to ensure adherence to strict deadlines while exceeding customer product needs
Maintenance of Operational and Business standards:
Generate referrals and leverage business relationships through effective service and timely follow-up while acting with integrity during sales negotiations and in all communications
Preparing reports on Daily, Monthly basis
Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Visiting Reports
Experience within a large square retail footage operation.
Goals set:
Shall play the role of coach/mentor for my team members.
Provide continuous assessment of territory and potential customers, while furnishing oversight and guidance and other collaborative efforts regarding effective prospecting, closing techniques, and Client retention with other staff members and management
Act as a liaison between clients, product manufacturers and firm management
Direct, train, and develop in line with the company practices.
Provide total staffing support by developing and implementing staffing strategy.
Other Areas:
Consistent approach to all tasks.
Organizing and arranging various events, recreation and team building activities for the employees
Experience within a large square whole sale footage operation.
Developing & improving new Showrooms at different regions.
Handling of Customer enquiries
Generating data on customer requirements and dealing with the company for committed delivery of customer requirements
Visiting Customers homes and working along with them to give the expected results
Initial marketing aspects to promote the products
Order closure as per the organizations terms and conditions
Building customer relation
Motivating the team members to act more productively
