Leading the development and requirements collection of the company’s ERP system managing all aspects of Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Express Courier as well as all supporting modules in terms of Billing, Reporting and Claims Management.
Leading the development of the company’s websites, portals and intranet applications.
Promotion and selling the IT solutions being developed.
Responsible of deploying applications to clients including many of the biggest Lebanese Banks.
Reporting directly to the CEO and responsible of managing all aspects of the division: budgets, sales force management, procurement of IT solutions and yearly IT plans.
Setting up IT processes and applications facilitating all aspects of inter-departmental communications.
Part of the group’s executive committee responsible to decide upon any new or existing project undertaken by any of the subsidiaries of the group.
