Setting up IT processes and applications facilitating all aspects of inter-departmental communications.
Part of the group’s executive committee responsible to decide upon any new or existing project undertaken by any of the subsidiaries of the group.

Driving a relatively small team to achieve high productivity levels in minimum time and iteration on the product.
Department resource leveling.
Instigating interpersonal and inter-departmental communication procedures.
Coordinating between international development resources, and freelancers.
Follow up with client on requirements collection, iterations and bug correction.
Pursue project progress, timeline and report to management.
Instigating a migration plan from ASP to ASP.NET involving the use of XML Web services between various applications.
Data warehouses and benchmarking applications using MS. SQL server and OLAP.
Automation of Ms. Office applications (Word, Excel and PPT) using COM objects.

Setup and configuration of office network involving Windows 2003 Active Directory and domain policies.
Configuration of 10 servers network behind Ms. ISA servicing mail with Ms. Exchange, Web on IIS and database on Ms. SQL server and various network services with a full data and system backup plan.
Developing and configuring a high availability and fail over schema for an application server running MS. SQL and IIS (ASP applications) using Double Take software.
Building a large number of Web applications to support the area of Marketing and Communications using ASP and MS. SQL server.
Developing online educational portals integrating course management tools, forums and frequently asked questions.
Integrating a wide range of database applications on the various platforms of Microsoft DBMS: Access, SQL server and FoxPro DBF in the same application.
