Main Achievements: □ Streamlined the tender document verification process by optimizing collaboration with the design bureau, covering general and particular specifications, submittal lists, time schedules, general layouts, sections, and detail drawings. □ Contributed to corporate and subcontractor budgeting and spending through insightful inputs, enhancing forecasting accuracy. □ Successfully established and managed remote kick-off meetings during COVID-19 lockdowns, overcoming technology and internet connectivity challenges, ensuring active participation of all stakeholders.

project Lebanon Community and Resilience Initiative (LCRI)
Main Achievements: □ Implemented a 9km underground water irrigation system in Qaa, Northern Beqaa, featuring a filtration tank and multiple fire hydrant outlets. □ Successfully managed the construction of a 500-square-meter cultural center in the heart of Qaa, Northern Beqaa, amid the Lebanese Armys counterterrorism efforts just 5 km away. □ Contributed as a versatile team member during program close-out, handling diverse tasks in program development, monitoring and evaluation, and procurement.
Main Tasks: □ Designed and oversaw the implementation of livelihood projects in remote areas of Lebanon, focusing on construction, irrigation, and community building. □ Reviewed change proposals in construction scope or methods, providing recommendations for justified time extensions. □ Led the design and supervision ofthe refurbishment of Beirut offices during the program close out.
Main Achievements: □ Managed excavation phase challenges with design alterations and cost-effective solutions. □ Redesigned parking floors to optimize space and include private entrance. □ Successfully completed construction phase with staff safety and uninterrupted workflow.
Main Tasks: □ Generated full bill of quantity for building trades, supervised execution, and ensured compliance. □ Developed seismic design using ETABS software and ensured structural integrity. □ Designed and implemented water reservoir meeting international standards.
(UNHCR) Lebanon (Level: G6, Step 2)
Main Achievements: □ Ensure the construction of 6 water reservoirs in Mount Lebanon, starting from the design stage to the implementation and the hand-over, in a very limited timeline. In addition to preparing a detailed plan to continue through phase 2 of the project with the construction of 4 additional tanks. □ Developing and presenting in the monthly coordination meetings a refugee influx and concentration charts highlighting on the areas in need of a bigger scale of assistance. □ Initiated and contributed in the endorsement of BOQ guidelines to serve all actors in the area as a baseline for their approach on the shelter rehabilitation activity.
Main Tasks: □ Chair the monthly Beirut/Mount Lebanon shelter working group involving the coordination between all actors working in the area and making sure all interventions are implemented harmoniously. □ Supervise and monitor the implementation of the school rehabilitation projects making sure all works are done as per Donors recommendations and adhering to allocated budgets. □ Confirm that all interventions and activities are fully compliant with SPHERE standards and UNHCR procurement procedures.

Main Achievements:
□ Ensured the construction of 6 water reservoirs in Mount Lebanon within a limited timeline, with plans for further expansion. □ Developed and presented refugee influx and concentration charts in monthly coordination meetings. □ Initiated and contributed to the endorsement of BOQ guidelines for shelter rehabilitation activity.
