• Supervise and monitor site works and activities to effectively control and ensure compliance with the relevant
method statements, project specifications, codes and standards, approved design drawings and health and safety
requirements
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes, and controls of project activities at all levels
• Contribute to the development of the scope of work and schedule of values for activities
• Contribute to the resolution of design issues, change requests, material defects and equipment problems
• Prepare BOQ and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and highly efficient contract with
contractors and suppliers
• Monitor work progress and evaluate costs; delivering daily and weekly progress reports to senior management
• Attend Weekly Progress Meeting with the client RCRC to discuss the design status and the project progress
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
lifecycle
• Review and check Shop Drawings with Design Drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy in details.
• Prepare the required method of statements for activities to provide clear guidelines and instructions for executing
tasks in a structured and efficient manner.
