متابعة انتاج السكر من الطواحين مرورا بالمعالجه الكيميائيه ثم تسخين العصير وتنقيته من الرواسب ثم بعد ذلك توجيه العصير الى المبخرات لتبخير الماء منه الى درجه معينه ثم بعد ذلك توجيهه الى الغلايات لعملية الطبخ وتكوين عجينة السكر وبعد ذلك توجيه العجينه السكريه الى ماكينات الطرد المركزى لفصل المولاص من السكر.
بالاضافه الى ذلك متابعة عمل جميع الماكينات والخطوط بالاضافه الى متابعة الصيانه الدوريه
