ADNOC Operation and Maintenance Support Services for Offshore Installation

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PROFILE

•Leading all activities during Construction and Installation Phase.
•Planning & scheduling of daily work in sequence with other discipline progress.
•Preparation of As Built Drawings as per site modification & Transmittal of As built drawings to the client.
•Planning & scheduling of daily work in sequence with other discipline progress.
•Installation of E&I Supports, tray as per location layout & GAD.
•Laying of Instrument & Electrical Cables as per Cable Schedule, MCT Layout & Cable Tray layout.
•Inspection of Switch Gear Panel installation, Cable Termination and commissioning.
•Installation of Instrument, F&G, Electrical & Telecom Equipment’s as per Location layout, GAD & Hook up drawing.
•Installation of Battery Bank & Solar PV modules as per Location layout & GAD
•Installation, calibration and commissioning of the field instruments.
•Review of P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list.
•Planning & Scheduling of Execution work in process platform & Living Quarter in-line with project requirement.
•Site Supervision for Installation & Erection of E&I Items.
•Getting offers from vendors and preparation of technical evolution sheet.
•Preparation of Bill of Quantity/Scope of work from FEED drawings and bid documents.
•MTO preparation for all bulk materials like- structural materials, pipe fittings, tube fittings, Cable, Cable Trays, Glands, LCS, Instrument JB and consumable.
•Loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning at onshore & offshore
•Checking the drawings and documents for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements.
•Coordinating with TPI Agencies for Day-to-day inspection activities, resolving all issues / punch points, to obtain Release note for dispatch of project.
•Review QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.
•Ensuring that all E&I activities are completed in accordance with requirements defined in ITP.
•Preparation of Project Dossier.
•Ensuring incoming materials and equipment preservations at warehouse.
•Conducting Tool box talk and safety field audit regularly to ensure HSE compliance
