Reposibilities included handling the day to day operation both at local market and regionally and representing the corproate in financial and business developmnet areas.

>Develops overall marketing and growth strategy for domestic and international markets.
>Execute marketing, business development and capture plans
>Coordinates with each Business Division for business development strategy, program identification, bid and proposal estimates, capture planning, and strategic planning development.
>Manages the supervision and work assignments of assigned employees.
>Ensures the timely submission of Business Development reports, and conducts briefings to Board of directors
>Develop relationship with industry partners for potential teaming opportunities to expand market share
>Develop corporate SOP for business process management for operations, supply chain, finance

Responsible for: Financial Management
>Conducts special studies to analyze financial actions and prepares recommendations for policies and procedures.
>Oversees and assures financial strategies to ensure compliance with terms of company policy and applicable regulation such as Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
>Participates in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status.
>Analyzes and prepares cost proposals and schedule estimates for review.
>Acts as the Financial Liaison on financial systems or financial analytical issues, concerns and special projects.
>Interfaces with top management for requests for financial data, resolving reports and compliance issues.
>Determines project implementation requirements and strategies. Coordinates and facilitates the development of the project specifications documents.

Responsible for: Business Management
• Serving as the central point of contact for international business development inquiries.
• Research and analysis - financial and marketing
• Feasibility studies for new business ventures- with in depth venture capital study
• Receiving inquiries from business units and responds directly. Collects and summarizes information on potential business partners
• Researches general market and regional issues related to business development or other special projects.
• Monitoring project schedules, and communicates changes or impact to appropriate groups. Acts as the point of contact for project status
• Maintaining business intelligence database regarding retail industry, competitors and other similar food, beverage, clothing and cosmetic industries in various countries.
• Coordinating ceremonies such as market signing.
• Hosting potential business partners on company visits. Acts as central point of contact.
• Customer service relation management
• Arranging meetings, presenting brand concepts, exhibitions
Responsible for: Financial Management

• Preparing financial analyses based on financial reports including narrative report on budget variances
• Provision of regular cash flow information to assist company plan payments
• Provide the senior management team with answers to ad hoc requests for financial analysis
• Ensure any surplus funds are invested to the best returns (Treasury function)
• Development, implementation and operation of system and procedures to ensure integrity of accounting information safe custody of assets, including procedures to eliminate and detect fraud or theft of company

Preparation of Budgets for all lines for both stores and franchise support cost
Review balance in various promotion funds with financial analysis on a monthly basis.
Preparation of capital expenditure budgets and Plans for all new units and remodeling of existing units
Preparation of presentation for quarterly and half yearly result of brand growth in comparison with top line growth and profit contribution.
Cost of sales reviews on a monthly basis
Produce beak even analysis for new location
Responsible for the brand margin and in regards to top line sales and bottom line profit contribution
Research the market place for new competition and evaluation of the brand strengths to have a strategic gap analysis module
Plan brand awareness campaign to enhance the brand growth through proper planning and product knowledge imparting to the customer base through in store material and seminars
Preparation of forward forecast for intake of stock in reference to turnover and sales forecast
Evaluation of inventory accounts to facilitate better intake and reduce finance charge
Preparation of market reports for corrective action and community benefit resource allocation
Liaise with Business manager, operation managers, on the “Tool box” with a view to improving its use by keeping up to date with the latest marketing techniques, processes and applications.
Follow up on new item launch tie up with all sections media, product availability, launch date and in store material
Review and discuss corrective action on monthly financial and other analytical reports with Operation and area management team
Propose future brand vision plan in line with top line budget achievement strategy and potential opportunity for sales growth
Spear headed the steering group in accruing of the new POS and inventory management system
Assisting the project management’s activities.

•Ensure the sales of all units are audited and updated and the cash banked with the head office cashier
•Ensure on a monthly bases cost of sales reports for all inventory items are produced and cost charged out accordingly
•Analytical reports to explain the change in cost of sales in line with budget
•Costing of all overseas consignments and posting of entries to respective inventory accounts
•Reconciliation of inventory accounts on a monthly basis
•Maintains a budgets and actual expenditure plan and include in the monthly report to the immediately highlighting any discrepancies in the plans. CFO and Finance Manager
•Evaluate success and cost effectiveness of all trade-related expenditure and report back to CFO and Finance Manager
