Reposibilities included handling the day to day operation both at local market and regionally and representing the corproate in financial and business developmnet areas.

>Develops overall marketing and growth strategy for domestic and international markets.
>Execute marketing, business development and capture plans
>Coordinates with each Business Division for business development strategy, program identification, bid and proposal estimates, capture planning, and strategic planning development.
>Manages the supervision and work assignments of assigned employees.
>Ensures the timely submission of Business Development reports, and conducts briefings to Board of directors
>Develop relationship with industry partners for potential teaming opportunities to expand market share
>Develop corporate SOP for business process management for operations, supply chain, finance

Responsible for: Financial Management
>Conducts special studies to analyze financial actions and prepares recommendations for policies and procedures.
>Oversees and assures financial strategies to ensure compliance with terms of company policy and applicable regulation such as Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
>Participates in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status.
>Analyzes and prepares cost proposals and schedule estimates for review.
>Acts as the Financial Liaison on financial systems or financial analytical issues, concerns and special projects.
>Interfaces with top management for requests for financial data, resolving reports and compliance issues.
>Determines project implementation requirements and strategies. Coordinates and facilitates the development of the project specifications documents.

Follow up on new item launch tie up with all sections media, product availability, launch date and in store material
Review and discuss corrective action on monthly financial and other analytical reports with Operation and area management team
Propose future brand vision plan in line with top line budget achievement strategy and potential opportunity for sales growth
Spear headed the steering group in accruing of the new POS and inventory management system
