• As a Team Leader managing operations of two different teams / Processes of 30 - 35 FTE’s.

• Implementing MIS by preparing various reports of the Team like EOD Report, Performance report, Productivity and Quality Analytical Report, Incentives Report etc.
• Maintaining ISO 9001 - 2000 standards for the processes.
• Facing external/internal audit for the process quarterly/half yearly.
• Appraising/ reviewing individual performance monthly/half yearly/annually.
• Coaching and Conducting Feedback sessions with the team.
• Coordinating with all support functions as per requirement.
Worked as a Sr. Executive and the task include Team handling, Online Market Research, Data validation and Quality assurance, also having hands on experience in (U S) Mortgage lead generation, Process Training.
