*Completely responsible for planning of orders based on the movement in UAE, Oman & KSA after market.

*Coordinating from Purchase to POS with the supplier and end customer to ensure the smooth flow of process

*Timely monitoring of inventory to ensure the stock shortage never happens and demands from customers are met time to time

*Conducting market research for product development based on the market demand and forecasting for possible sale growth.

Coordinating Tire business with Suppliers, Branches and Warehouse.
• Ordering Tires to the supplier based on MAD to maintain optimum stock level. .
• Providing Forecast report to all suppliers to ensure tire availability at any time.
• Coordination and escalation of various tire issues with principle.
• Analyzing movement of new model tires in the market.

• Technically inclined professional to maintain optimum level of inventory and reduced
Non-moving stock value.

• Continued analysis on inventory processes and implementing kaizen activities to ensure
Adequate stock.

• Part number level demand analysis and setting projected demand.

• Supplier wise lead time calculation for setting optimum stocking parameters.

• Ordering new model and seasonal parts based on the past sale history and future projected demand.

• Planning a strategy and deploying it for planned interruptions of supply during holidays.

• Timely supply of parts to branches for service and customer requirements.
