my JSD project is examining the validity of the background for third-party funding contracts in the Shariah and Saudi laws perspective. Also, the project addressed the potential challenges that may result from inadequate TPF practice and the absence of such a mechanism for the Saudi Arbitration framework. To understand the challenges, the project compared several TPF models, such as England and Wales, Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore TPF frameworks.
