Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Kuwaiti, French and Spanish companies specialized in organizing exhibitions and conferences in order to organize successful events and exhibitions.
• Manage overall business operations including developing strategic business plans, implementing company policy, controlling finance and building an effective team.
• Delegate responsibilities to team members including executives, supervise their work, and provide guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Develop and maintain long term and healthy business relationships with stakeholders and business partners to best serve the goals of the organization.
• Research and analyze industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions; make key decisions to ensure profitable operations.
• Set all company policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated and followed at all times.
• Interact with clients to gain understanding of the requirements for each event, accordingly determine the cost and time requirements and communicate the same to the client.
• Manage all events from start to finish in an efficient and cost-effective way; oversee each phase of the event to ensure it runs smoothly; communicate all budget/vendor progress to the client.
• Manage the branding and promotional aspect of the event in coordination with the marketing team, create effective advertisements and craft marketing materials such as print and online advertisements.
• Coordinate on-site arrangements for all events, work with customers, vendors and suppliers to facilitate events, manage logistics and handle transportation for clients.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service and support to clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attract international events inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Work to manage Chamber affairs and issue financial regulations, management and other instructions.
• Contribute in developing committees for all business sectors and delegate powers to ensure proper functioning of work.
• Develop annual report of the chamber's activities including report on the closing account and budget and submit to the general assembly and the Minister of Trade and the Emir of the Eastern Region.
• Work on the interest of the business sector and submit proposals and studies to the concerned authorities, government agencies and ministers for review and approval.
• Participate in receiving official delegations as well as Saudi delegations outside the country.
• Represent Saudi women as businesswomen in different official forums and events.
• Monitor the financial performance of Chamber, prepare detailed reports and submit to the general assembly.
