• PMO Governance & Capability Establishment:
• Formulate a PMO Strategy with a vision, mission, objectives & KPIs.
• Define the organizational Operating Model with all Roles & Responsibilities involved with the PMO.
• Set all necessary portfolio and project policies.
• Assess the organization’s current & target project management maturity levels based on a custom Maturity Model.
• Set the roadmap of initiatives to be executed to achieve the target maturity level.
• Formulate the PMO Charter for the Project Management Office.
• Provide theoretical and practical trainings for current and prospective project managers.
• Develop the customized Portfolio Management Framework with all processes and templates.
• Develop the customized Project Management Framework based on PMI’s processes.

Project Coordinator for the Sales gas pipeline for PP-12 (2000 MW) (100M SAR) with Saudi Aramco.
* Contractor Management to make sure that contract being followed.
* Monitor and control the project progress
* Monitor all (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instruments) works at site and confirm that the work as per schedule.
*Auditing the contractor quarterly based on the work progress.
* Pr-identify risks and provide alternative solution to avoid them.
* Tackle route cause of a problem and solve it with PMT.
* (Daily, Weekly) Progress Report to PM.
* Monitor all procurement progress and confirm that all PO are issued.
* Confirms that safety measurements being followed.
* Work closely with the contractor and its consultant to confirm all work needed been done.
*Open channels with vendors and suppliers to confirm their delivery date.
* Set up all needed meetings and interfaces for the project.
* Using all kind of communication (Written and verbal)
I work with the Generation Project Execution Dept for the Projects and Engineering sector. I'm based for Power Plant 12 (PP-12 2000 MW) which is under construction. I inspect and check the work that contractor does in the power plant and make sure they do under the specification from the contract, I also attend the tests, commissioning, and start up. I attend meetings and discussions regard the work the contractor does.
* Collect Data from all sector of the compay (Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Customer Services)
* Generate Excel sheets with formulas to calculate the KPI for the company.
* Participate in the internal Audit for the company in the kingdom.
* Worked together with KEMA KPI specialist and personal of The Electricity, Co-Generation Regulatory Authority to conduct the audit and authenticate the KPI results.
* Generate a power point presentation for the company KPI.
* Present the KPI to the Executive Board headed by the CEO
Marketing, HR, Operation Management, Finance, and MIS.
