- Handling O&M activities of Ericsson RBSs which include Troubleshooting and Fixing of these nodes .
- Performing RBS checking of network active alarms .
- Auditing and Offline Site Acceptance for 3G site node B including checking for traffic node and node B .(3518, 3018, 3418).
- Performing Installation and definition HW boards (CBU, ET-MFX, RAX, TX, OPIF…) .
- Working includes installation, troubleshooting, , upgrade, downgrade, reconfiguration of BTS From master master to master extension and Commissioning on Line Ericsson's indoor and outdoor sites; (2202, 2102, 2106, 2206v2, 2106v3, 2116, 2216, , 3108, 3206, 3418 and 3518 )Macro RBSs, (2302, 2308, 2309, 2111, and 2109).
- Microwave links (Minilink ) installation, configuration, acceptance and troubleshooting.
- Working with mini link craft and som for ericsson minilink T .N and minilink E operation and maintenance
- Implementation of new traffic node, node B
- Working with operation and maintance terminal (OMT) for ericsson GSM Radio base station RBS operation and maintance
- Working with element manager (EM) for ericsson node B Operation and maintance
- Managing hardware distribution, such that :BTS cabinets, antenna, splitter, TRX s
- Daily check on BSCs, RNCs
- Prepare data(including configuration determine E1 reserved for it … etc) for site well be on air
- Commission on line the sites(BTSs)
- Cell upgrade and downgrade
- Swap cells from BSC to another BSC
- Performing weekly backup on the BSCs

• Prepair equipment for experiments
• Do experiments about electronic, electric, communication circuits
• Good knowledge about devices such that oscilloscope, power supply, spectrum analyzer, , , ets
• Collect results about each experiment
• Write reports about experiments include equipments, results problems, solutions
