Managed comprehensive evaluation and implementation of multi-million-pound government security projects. Developed and executed detailed project plans, managed budgets, and prepared all necessary compliance documentation. Assessed and enhanced leadership and stakeholder management capabilities within project team. Formulated strategies for program management, including resource allocation and timeline scheduling. Responsible for all regional communication sites, training, and services
requested by the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) and the UK
Ministry of Defense (MOD) .
Managed the day-to-day operations for 120 SANG Signal Corps
Communication Sites.
Implemented Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Annual Training
Requirements (ATR) and ATS Annual Training Schedules. Developed
maintenance schedules for all communication sites and facilities.
Liaised closely with commercial departments, motivated service
managers, and influenced regional directors driving increased revenue
opportunities.
Proactively managed and marketed the SANG training facilities to
build effective profit centres 8M PA.
Implemented remote OJT (On Job Training) to 120 sites for the SANG
within the Western Region.
Managed development and operations for residential and recreational facilities to meet needs of diverse 55K Ex Pat community. Oversaw recruitment and mobilisation of 350-member multi-functional workforce, incorporating both Saudi nationals and expatriates in compliance with KSA Labor law and Saudization requirements. Negotiated and executed complex decanting processes with previous and current stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and communication. Led commercial and residential redevelopment projects while coordinating high-profile diverse events calendars, delivering cost-effectively and with attention to client satisfaction. Compiled and presented monthly contract status reports to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making. Developed and led a multifunctional operational team.
Provided executive level leadership utilising analytical skills with full responsibility for endorsing both large and small televised and non televised boxing events around the central area UK, Europe, and Globally.
