Provides assistance to the Vice president of Human Resources Department.
Maintain HR policies, procedures and plans Assist with updating policies and procedures.

Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by Supervising and recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives.

Managing HR budgets.
Coordinate, maintain, and generate Human Resources-related files, and records.

Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
Defining total compensation and benefits package for new hiring.
