Provides assistance to the Vice president of Human Resources Department.
Maintain HR policies, procedures and plans Assist with updating policies and procedures.
Supports HR staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the Employee Relation, Payroll and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Works closely with other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.

Duties & Responsibility: Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status- change data.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
Find candidates in the online system and social networking and all the internet recruitment websites provided by the HR manager
Helping the development department in creating the authority matrix and job responsibilities and job description.
