Focus on goals: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Business plan: Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Sales team development: Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Customer relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Reporting: Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Market Monitoring: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Sales Strategy Development: assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
Develop Products and Services: Continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered. To meet the industry’s climate and competition so to have effective implementation of the sales strategy
Sales Team Development: define sales job requirements, providing sales team members with tips and training to achieve a competitive edge in their industry, focus on improving job performance.
Delegation: to assign tasks to the team members with the best skills for the job and guide staff members to ensure the work is done well.
Sales Targets: motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better
Sales Reports: preparing and delivering sales reports to management, along with a report on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
- Sales Presentation: Promoting sales by providing products presentation to customers and business prospects
- Data Collection: Accumulating, organizing and maintaining customer database
- Cold Calling: Initiating the first call to leads and fixing appointments for product demonstration as part of sales process
- Scheduling: Managing the schedules of sales visits to prospective clients

Assist and support the sales team through product sales, demos, account management, and escalation of account issues.
Manage current accounts, make repeat sales, and assist in product selection.
Provide customer service in the form of installations and telephone support for remote users.
Act as point of contact for the sales team and customer base.
The key function of the Technical Sales Coordinator role is to maximize profitable sales, to find product to meet the customer’s needs, present our offering in a professional manner, and where necessary follow up on the quotation to secure the order
Understand the customers’ requirements either communicated via phone, fax, e mail or other media.
Competent knowledge of product features advantages and benefits with the ability to be able to professionally represent these to the customer
An understanding of applications where the product will be installed to ensure best fit of product
Work with the Finance / Credit Control Team to secure on time payment.
Answer the telephone in an agreed manner and within an agreed period of time.
Working with internal and external customers, suppliers and procuring product where necessary.
Follow and adhere to the business processes
Conduct yourself in a professional manner with our customers at all times
Work with existing I.T. systems in a manner that uses the systems efficiently and work to the required standards.
Liaise with customers on delivery and supply chain
Handle customer issues if and when these arise
Act as a ‘product champion’ if requested & be the ‘second line’ of technical assistance to our customers.
Use the sales excellence principles for effective opportunity & quotation management within SAP CRM.
