About the IT team in the Company

Basically consists of (Network and Security Engineer, System Engineer, Voice Engineer, Help-desk)
All the team was specialized in establishing datacenters and offices for the company around the world,
Also working as a consultant for the sister companies to build their infrastructure regarding the business needs and the employee’s requirements.




 Supervise for the implementation of the new projects around the world regarding IT standards.
 Evaluating and supervise the Disaster recovery solution including Cloud systems.
 Participated in designing the new protected DataCenter for Gemini Holding Headquarter
Regarding the International Standards.
 Supervised the implementation of the protected HQ DataCenter Regarding the High Availability for all items.
 Responsible for management of the production network/communication environment, providing service level monitoring, alert thresholds, and plans for addressing potential network issues in a proactive manner.
 Designing and introducing changes into the network environment and providing support for escalated problems and service requests for supported network hardware and software.
 Ensure that the performance and availability of the data infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards so that maximum productivity is achieved.
 Establishment of Project Plan to undertake Security Risk Assessment and Security Plan.
 Setting the operation manual and policies for network and security including maintenance and update schedule.
 Setting the standards for the remote branches implementations around the world starting with UK.
 Reviewing the Design for the Disaster Recovery Solution regarding multiple vendors
(HP/Double take - Dell/VMware - Microsoft - Cloud 365).

 Installation, configuration and maintenance networking equipment and network operating systems.
 Secures an information technology infrastructure that provides reliable, measurable, consistent, responsive and secure enterprise network services.
 Concentrates on the network design and security, particularly troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems.
 Handles web and network security exploits, intrusion prevention, network traffic analysis, cryptography and encryption.
 Maintenance of the network’s authorization infrastructure, as well as network backup systems.
 Routing protocols and routing table configuration assignment.
 Configuration of authentication, authorization and directory services.
 Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers etc.

 Design scalable and secure data / voice network with highest level of availability and performance in a cost-effective way that suits the business.
 Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the network infrastructure in co-ordination with users, customers, principals, service providers, business partners and hardware / software vendors to ensure implementation meets design parameters with minimal disruption to the business.
 Provide second level support to Service Desk Calls. Provide speedy resolution for complex problems escalated by support engineers & system administrators.
 Identify network bottlenecks and perform fine tuning of network components.
 Identify business requirements and provide technical solution to establish network infrastructure.
 Keep abreast of networking technologies and tools, evaluate and recommend for incorporating into Network so as to improve scalability, reliability, security, performance, availability and cost-effectiveness.
