Treasury Duties:
 Responsible for the Cash Management for the whole company (5 factories and head office)
 Responsible for the LC's, LG's and Cash against document with all its details.
 Responsible for all Bank transfers inside and outside Egypt
 Responsible for the transfers between banks in order to cover the overdraft accounts
 Daily Monitoring the overdraft accounts, loans balances and current accounts balances
 Deal with the credit officers in (Credit Agricole Bank, Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas, HSBC, CIB, Arab Bank, Arab African Bank, NSGB, National Bank of Egypt and Alexandria Bank)
 Responsible for the Bank reconciliation
 Make daily reports as Financial Position, Financial Tracking and Daily Bank Position and Balances
 Monitor the cycle of the checks and solve any problem occur.
 Take the decisions in the exchange rates offered by the banks for the foreign payments
 Dealt with BNP Paribas system “Connexis Cash Management”
 Using SAP system for all treasury transactions (payments, bank statements, accruals and monthly closing )

Insurance duties
 Responsible for the Global insurance policies (Fire - Burglary - Liability) and the Local insurance (Motors - personal accidents - Trucks).
 Follow up the Marine cargo insurance case by case.
 Preparing the analyses and reports for the insurance.
 Follow up the documents needed for accidents and Adjust Claims with the insurance.
 Preparing the annual insurance budget.
