- Process shipments for satellite locations in and around Qatar
- Process in/out bound shipments for all personnel at Airforce Airbase.
- Prepare customs waiver for clearing confiscated weapons and other equipment at Doha Airport and prepare weapons authorization letter for military personnel traveling via commercial air in the United States.
- Processes billing for the Vehicle Vendors. Book military and government personnel on chartered flights.

- Gathering market and customer information.
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
- Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Communicate with retailers and buyers regarding the product, i.e. prices, quantity, warranty, etc.
- Ensuring that the products are sent to its designated place.
- Checking the products before the delivering to its designated stores.
- Planning and giving price tags on each product depending on the quantity, sales, deals and demand

- Receive and store merchandise or equipment that is retained for future use and issue these items from the stockroom when they are needed.
- Keep track of the number of items in storage and reorder items that are in short supply.
- Receive deliveries, unpack the boxes, inspect the items, and return unsatisfactory or damaged goods to the wholesaler or distributor.
- Responsible for marking goods with the proper identifying codes and prices so that supplies can be retrieved easily.

- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
