SPECIFIC: • Shift Senior Technician with one assigned assistant in-charge in the shift. Performs duties and responsibilities that pertains to mill machines Distributed Control System (Drives and process quality control system), including its auxiliaries as such air compressors, boilers, hydraulic units and lubrication controls, monitoring of motor control rooms cooling and execute shift routine checklist. Attended all calls in the production and all other areas in the mill
• Take charge in troubleshooting and problem solving analysis to mill machine equipment, online process controls and its instrumentations for continuous and efficient line operation during my shift.
• Perform servicing/repairs and reconditioning, control wiring and installations jobs, execute calibration procedures as needed, evaluates and analyze equipment deficiencies and its abnormalities. Prepare daily reports and logs make recommendations to my immediate superiors for further review, planning and implementations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular monitoring activities of mill wide equipments and machineries including motor control rooms cooling system.
• Other tasks includes checking and testing of mill standby generators, monitoring and check up of overhead cranes, motors and its controls, lightings and ventilations, and execute standard operating procedures and practice 5S program to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

• Handles company Task Force Quality group. The team performs all the analysis and troubleshooting procedures to correct any defects and off-quality problems of the finish product. Prepares reports and recommendations to the Plant Manager for the possible solutions.
• Holds various extra positions such as; Chairman of the Sports and Social Committee which task to assist human resource department for all social and sports activities and in the implementation of company's policies and programs involving safety for a healthy workers and its working environment.
