Duties & Responsibilities as HR
Manage the recruitment and resourcing function from the company
Arrange and communicate with candidates regarding interviews, travel plans, visa and accommodation requirements.
Obtain all necessary documentation from candidate’s to complete the recruitment process within Company procedural guidelines.
Posts vacancies on careers website and any other external websites, maintains the recruitment log with up-to-date information of postings and their expiry.
Builds professional and open relationships with HR Administration and other departments who interact with the recruitment process to ensure the timely and effective completion of recruitment process.
Update HR database with all employee personal details to ensure accurate records are stored in one central location
Collate CVs received, acknowledge receipt, record and track status of direct applications.
Arrange interviews, liaising with GS E&C staff, external candidates and recruitment agencies.
Observe the establishment’s policy, systems, procedures and job descriptions.
Under the guidance of the HR Manager prepare labor contracts for new employees and contract amendments as and when required
Responsible for the investigation and resolution of employee grievances including the presentation of investigation reports.
Developing and implementing the company’s compensation and benefits systems, policies and procedures.
Actively support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees that are competent and capable of meeting the company’s needs
Responsible for providing advice to staff regarding the interpretation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Ensure that all necessary recruitment procedures developed, documented, agreed and reviewed regularly as require to incorporated all aspect for the recruitment and retention of employees
Develops and maintains departmental files, documents, data files and confidential information
Responsible for manpower planning across the group.
Responsible for the mobilization of one project coordinate with other agency around the globe.
Responsible for ticketing, schedules, preparing accommodations, contracts, daily needs of Employee or candidates
Duties & Responsibilities as Admin Administrator Cum Doc. Control
Processing Visa application and monitoring other government relative’s issue.
Primarily responsible for visa application process, residence permits and work permits
Support the PRO in collation and recording of documents relating to visas.
Responsible for staff medical insurance application and renewal, life insurance.
Actively contribute to the constant reviewing of current practices to provide continuous improvements within the administrative function.
Undertake any other general administrative duties to assist the administrative including sorting the daily post, email and faxes, monitor the stationery stocks etc as requested.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
Maintained a good understanding of various systems and procedures connected with the project or function; to facilitate provision of timely and quality support.
Provided office facilities and related administrative support to project teams or consultants working with the team for limited durations.
Arranged basic facilities for yard employees such as accommodation, food, transportation & PPE.
Conducted interview of short listed candidates for the admin dept & prepared employment contracts.
Received invoices and submitted to accounts for payments after careful evaluation.
Undertook spot checks in office premises and accommodation sites to ensure facilities upkeep.
Implemented administration policies & procedures, staff welfare.

Supervises 5 personnel staff and responsible in maintaining smooth Operation of Doha Office and it’s personnel by means of daily job assignment and monitoring of their daily outputs.
Maintains database of employees records from visa application, mobilization, RP processing, salary data, leave/holiday benefits and until demobilization.
Prepares weekly, monthly manpower reports, mobilization and demobilization reports, visa application status, block visa status and others.
Prepares and/or answers correspondence related to HR and admin work scope, prepares memos, announcement notices and distributes via email and hardcopies on the notice boards.
Checks/reviews the payroll list of the company.
Prepares and assist employees with needed document in their application for bank account application, driving license application, liquor license application, employment certificates, salary certificates and NOCs.
Coordinates with transport department for arrangement of airport pickups/drop-offs for incoming/vacation/outgoing employees, for medical check, fingerprint, eye test and all other HR related activities.
Negotiates and conducts exit interviews for those going on resignation or end of contracts.
Coordinates with agencies for special cases of recruitment, repatriation or termination of the employees
Had handled all kinds of HR jobs including recruitment, gate pass officer, ticketing and payroll.
Well-organized in keeping documents/files both in hardcopies and in computer system.
Data entry and documentation.
Handle daily office administrative and documentation relating to operation, training and safety matters.
Making all Training schedule
Handling and responsible for the maintenance of vehicles.
Coordinate to our material suppliers (discussing and agreement)
Arrange and updating day by day the 201 files
Prepare the application form of new applicant
Prepare and arrange the new applicant for interview and summary all data
Arrange schedule of interview to be informed to all applicants.
Prepare the test paper and summary all score and forward to manager
Arrange the referral for medical of the new employee
Monitoring of all passed and failed applicants.
Attending all job fair interviews and applicant encoding data of manpower and updating
Distributing monthly salary from supervisor to labor.
Preparation and encoding the monthly timesheet.
Create reports of timesheets to be surrendered to accounting department.
Inventory of stock like uniform, safety shoes, hairnet, gloves
Checking the transportation department for the schedule day by day.
