Include collaborating necessary BIM information to support Main Contractor’s claims.
Achievement: Successfully eliminated / reduced unsubstantiated claims of AED 300 million from the Subcontractors. Provide commercial support to Claims Department in Extension of Time Claims and secured 10 months E.O.T. from the Employer.
