• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

• Observe quality of service presented by the broker and the insurance company

• Responsible for the functioning of the 13 branches in the Kingdom.
• Follow up the policies and solve the problems.
• Daily reconciliation with Accounting Department.

• Making Contracts with providers.
• Updating CCHI codes with the providers.
• Sending letters to service providers and the Council of Health Insurance.
• Issuing medical individual policies.
• Amending Medical policies and its endorsement
