• Patient gets quality of care during his/her stay in the Cath lab
• Ensure that required materials are available and the labs are used efficiently
• Influence key stakeholders with situation analysis and business case for future change.

• Produce daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports when requested by Medtronic Finance

• Worked as circulatory & scrub nurse during Coronary, Structural & EP/Device implants

Head-to-toe assessment
Patient preparation: NPO status, medication taken, check consent form, allergic history
IV Cannulation, medicine administration
Competent in handling IABP, TPM, ABGs machine, ACT Machine
Provide ACLS protocol, perform 12 lead ECG,
Blood products administration and monitoring
Hemodynamic monitoring: invasive and non-invasive
TR Band protocol management: monitor for oozing, bleeding, and color
