Establishing elearning portal and develop 300 online courses as well as creating online study plans for instructors and
students in online courses.
● Projects Manager (college representative as a head of Training Unit) in a partnership with the ministry of civil service
to help in producing Online training courses (e-Training bags) which serve all governmental employees in the
sultanate of Oman.
● Worked with Georgia University to develop 25 professional Blended Courses on LMS Moodle, my Rules were System
administrator and Instructional Designer.
● Web Applications Deployment, Systems Administration, and Windows servers administrations, Microsoft Sharepoint,
Document Management/Control System, proficiency in creating Sites and Sub sites, Categories, Lists...etc
● Worked as Content Developer, Packager, a trainer and Instructional Design of E-Courses, elearning development

● Proficiency in cloud computing models such as IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, in addition to the Web Hosting Field Using Apache,
IIS, and Web sphere IBM.
● Expertise in system-operations training, collections, and customer service.
● Moodle php, Dokeos php, Same time IBM, Lotus LMS IBM, Learn Exact solutions, MySQL community and enterprise,
MSSQL2012/2016, Oracle9i and have advanced network Knowledge with Troubleshooting Skills .

Controlling financial by saving around $33, 000 in 2015/2016, $35, 000 in 2017/2018 in comparison with previous years at the same time a massive improvement occurred in the offered services. -Managing licenses agreements and negotiating with vendors.
- Giving training for 45 IT/GD graduates from other colleges and universities in various fields such as technical support, systems administration, software development, networking and security.

•Train and hire two employees and evaluate staff performance.
•Conducting elearning training courses tilted “train the tainers to develop e-stories and e-activities using multi content authoring tools in the ministry of education.
•Conducting training courses for around 200 employees from various ministries and for external entities in private sector in the sultanate of Oman.
Conducting training courses, workshops and sessions in various IT topics and skills for around 400 staff/academic members and around 600 trainess from external entities.
• Conducting elearning workshops and sessions for faculty staff i.e How to implement ADDIE model to develop blended courses on MOODLE / BLACKBOARD LMS.
• Conducting elearning course on semester basis for all faculties and departments on how to construct course syllabus on learning management systems.
