• Supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.
• Ensure all inspections are documented and report any deviation to the Factory Manager.
• Following and updating Food safety management system - (SOPs, HACCP Programs).
• Follow up the implementation and the efficacy of the pest control programs, GMP& GHP.
• Determine root causes of nonconformities and review the effectiveness of any corrective action taken.
• Suggest methods for improving product quality or for design, or for manufacturing processes.
• Follow up customer complaints and GMP.
• Update the pre packaging materials according to GSO if required.
• Conduct training in quality and food safety topics.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Responsible for document management systems.

( Date Biscuit, Maamoul, Cookies, Wafers, Chocolate, Halwa Tahenia, Tahina )
• Coordinate inspection activities between QC and the responsible department.
• Implement solutions to food quality problems through inspections, investigations and audits.
• Follow up the implementation and the efficacy of the pest control programs.
• Follow-up to the critical control points (CCPs) in the manufacturing stages.
• Check the products as per Specifications and update if required.
• Check the cleaning conditions (equipment, area and personal).
• Primary back up when the Quality Manager is out of office.

( Halwa Tahina, sesame Tahina, Halwa Spread, sugar cane molasses. )
• Inspection of the manufacturing stages .
• Check the food preparation process as per specifications..
• Follow-up to the critical control points (CCPs) in the
manufacturing stages.
• Check the products as per Specs.
• Check the cleaning condition( equipment - area ).
• Check the personal hygiene.
