• Perform commitment and compliance of HSE policy
• Based on PTW, perform routine inspection, corrective, and preventive maintenance at Burner, ESP, Oxidation Blower, Hooper, Ash Handling, Booster and FD Fan, Crude Oil pump area, Air Heater, etc
• To use precision measuring devices such as dial indicator, feeler gauges, micrometers, vernier caliper and dial indicators to verify conformance alignment
• Co-ordinate with other technician all assigned maintenance and repair work, and ensures that all equipment are kept in good operating condition after repair
• Reporting for spare parts and consumable availability
• To confirm all safety and proper isolation is carried out; to repair the equipment under maintenance with coordination with local operator
• Evaluate and calculate coal bulk cargo along with penalties under the contract using SAP (Batubara Online Application)
• Re-check supplier shipments documents such BAST, SOF, DS Report, Dry & Empty Certificate, BL, Cargo Manifest, SKAB, etc
• Plan coal demand of Java & Bali Power Plant in accordance with supplier capabilities
• Evaluate plan and realization of coal supply monthly
• Accompany implementation of coal quality & quantity testing by Surveyor Indonesia & Sucofindo start form Initial & final draught survey, sampling, preparation, lab analysis, until COA & COW published
• Accompany umpire testing of coal quality
Ensure properness of power generation operation; Monitor frequency, current, energy reserve, engine operation, peak load pattern, power outage, captive power, engine operation & shutdown. This job require good coordination and communication between maintenance supervisor, plant operator, distribution, and SCADA dispatcher; Ensure power plant operation SOP to fare well. This job manage and supervise directly approx. 45 operators activity and also monitor the third party power plant; Evaluate power outage procedure; Evaluate fuel & oil consumption (SFC-SLC), available hours (AH), service hours (SH), reserve shut down hours (RSDH), equivalent forced outage rate (EFOR), equivalent availability factor (EAF), etc; Coordinate with Instrument & protection team for checking energy meter (kWh) specification, CT-PT (ratio, burden, class), ground and over current relay protection operation and current nominal (GFR & OCR).
Inspect engine indicators; Operate and shut down power generation; Record all parameters of engine & electricity system per hour; Communicate & report directly about engine operation properness or engine and electrical failure to Foreman such GFR, OCR, UFR, Rev.Power, etc; Maintain HE system such radiator and intercooler; Do crankshaft deflection, shaft alignment; Maintain auxiliary equipments such pump, compressor, strainer, filter, etc; Do engine overhaul for low and high speed; Prepare tools and coordinate with logistic for spare parts availability; Coordinate with logistic department for planning spare parts (fast moving) availability in up coming years
