and implement the hotel's Sales and Marketing Plan against annual budget revenue targets including the hotels ADR and occupancy targets, focusing on corporate, conference & Leisure business.
•Reporting to Property GM update information and record results on a monthly basis to ensure positive activities are repeated and unsuccessful activities are effectively evaluated and changed as appropriate.
•Chair bi-weekly Revenue, Sales and Marketing meetings and contribute to the business decisions made to maximize the overall yield of the hotel, ensuring a thorough knowledge of the 3 month rolling forecast and a thorough understanding of the business.
•Work closely with General Manager, Head Office, Food & Beverage, Operations and Events to successfully deliver sales & marketing activities and provide relevant marketing support for a range of initiatives.
•To build relationships with existing clients and build new accounts for the hotel with a focus on 3 key segments :
•Corporate
•Conference / Wedding Business
•Leisure
•To set the annual budget and target

Key Responsibilities:
•To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
