Job Description
: Review Technical Prequalification and Technical submittal prior to RFP of the project specification, shop drawing submittal, materials scope of work & any required documents.
Prepare estimates by calculating complete take off of scope of work. Review design drawings.
: Review technical submittal of MV-Switchgear-GIS & SF6, MV RMU’s, Earthling Switch, Protection relays air compressors.
: Review design drawing of electrical Systems -MV/LV.
: Automation & System Integration -PLC's, DCS, SCADA systems, Remote Terminal Unit- RTU Monitoring & Control, instrumentation & Control System
: Review and Check technical submittal for VFD, VSD, Soft Starter Mechanical & Electrical Drive Motors.
: Reviewed and checked drawings for Low Current System- Fire Alarm System, Tel. & Data System, Security Access control System, Public Address system.
: Verify the electrical design drawings comply with the contract specification and meet the required codes and standard.
: Verify approv electrical shop drawings, materials, method statement and other submittals comply with the contracts documents and meet the required codes and standards.
: Review all the test result related to electrical works and advise accordingly.
: Visit the site to verify and check on going works, quality, progress, problems or conflicts and adherence to contract documents.
: Review testing and commissioning procedures and their record accordingly.
: Follow-up any NCR raised to determine the effectiveness of corrective action taken and eventually for closure if satisfied.
: Design review and project supervision for Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Low Current System for hospital and industrial project.
: Receive and review material submittal.
: Check Request for Inspection (RFI) in site
