1. Responsible for the evaluation, review and submission of materials for consultant's/client's approval in reference to BOQ and Project Specifications.
2. Preparing and submitting samples as per approved manufacturer's and material data.
3. Responsible in studying and preparing Work Method Statement to be submitted for approval prior to proceed on mock-up preparation.
4. Checking and submitting mock-up installation or full mock-up for consultant's/client's approval prior to commence work execution at site collectively based on approved materials, shop drawings and details.
5. Responsible in checking and submitting Material Inspection Request for all the materials delivered at site before installation.
6. Monitoring that materials are well stored based on the specified parameters and manufacturer's recommendation.
7. As part of Quality Control, fully responsible in monitoring that the ITP is being observed and that required inspection stages are being carried out through submission of Inspection Request/Notification (so called Checklist).
8. Conducting thorough inspection for the completed work at site as per approved transmittals and shop drawings.
9. Keeping and monitoring complete and comprehensive QA/QC documentation.
10 Responsible in closing consultant-issued JSI and NCR.
11. Responsible in collecting and collating all required material and workmanship warranties, operations and maintenance manuals as parts of project close out.

 Monitor and track the progress of the projects and troubleshoot any issue that arise
 Assist the Projects Director and Projects Manager in management, construction administration, planning, budgeting, costing, contract administration, documentation and the like
 Responsible in preparing and overseeing the Contracts as agreed with concerned parties
 Prepare official correspondences technically, contractually and professionally to and with various concerned parties
 Prepare Project Status and daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
 Represents the company in progress meetings in the absence of Project Manager
 Check, verify and submits all necessary project transmittals eg. Material and Shop Drawings base on project tender drawings, BOQ and Specification

 Conduct periodic site inspections and new project/s ocular inspections for project execution studies and planning
 Review and check contract documents, technical drawings, BOQ, Specification and CPM etc.
 Check and prepare payments for subcontractors as per contract and actual work progress
 Study and prepare substantial various claims against concerned parties regarding cost and time delays that impact the project

•Review and verify materials and shop drawings submittals for approval as per tender documents, BOQ and project specification
•Manage, check and monitor shop drawings preparation base on approved as-built architectural plans, ID tender drawings, approved materials, MEP plans, and other interior finishing details by other discipline contractors
•Manage overall execution at site as per approved shop drawings, proper coordination with all related discipline and site condition, ensuring quality of works as per project specification
•Site works planning and progress monitoring
•Prepare payment claims/certificates as per actual work progress and contract
•Represent the company and participate in site progress and coordination meetings

8. InterContinental Hotel Project, Gulf Road Salmiya (High-rise Hotel, Office and Commercial Complex)

 Visualize and prepare architectural interior design drawings, finishes specifications and related works
 Check and monitor finishing works progress and prepare reports submitted to the IHG Cluster Director of Engineering
 Supervise, monitor and coordinate architectural finishing works and engineering activities primarily at guestroom floors (composed of 20 floors) up to penthouse with various reputable discipline contractors
 Quality check and implementation through InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) standards and specifications, work inspections and comprehensive documentation
 Prepare and close out snag lists as part of quality control
 Receive, check and review tenant’s proposed architectural/engineering working drawings prior to approval for construction and implementation
 Perform a major role as coordinator for the engineering pre-opening operations of the complex under IHG Cluster Director of Engineering

•Assure quality assurance requirements of the project concerning the areas architectural/civil/structural/architectural interiors are met and maintained in accordance with applicable codes, standards and procedures
•Conduct civil and architectutal works inspection such as earthworks, rebar, concrete, asphalt, rigid and flexible pavement, water proofing, protective and decorative painting, structural block and block veneer, industrial fire proofing system, rough and finish masonry and interior finishing works with the Consultant and Main Contractor carrying out Inspection and Test Plan systematically
•Consolidate necessary local standards such as of MEW and KIA to international standards for a reliable and guaranteed inspection criterion
•Supervise Field Density Test, Concrete Compressive Strength Test for various grade and verify results as per standards
•Supervise concrete delivery checking, testing, receiving and sampling prior to pouring
•Prepare, file and keep QA/QC dossier updated with standard documents such as Inspection Notifications, Laboratory Test Results, Material Inspection Checklist and others to ensure work quality for each work activity/stage
•Supervise QC Technicians and third party laboratory technicians
•Perform off-site inspection and visit prefabrication site, batching plants and testing laboratory as part of QC procedure
•Coordinate and submit progress and construction intolerable discrepancy reports to the Senior QA/QC Engineer most specially for some cases needed to issue Non-conformance Report (NCR) to concerned person, department and/or contractor

11. Kuwait Oil Company Facility Modernization Project (Relocation of U/G Process Piping for GC-01, 02, 09, 10, 11, 19, 20, 22 and BS 170)


•Assist QA/QC Engineer in inspection and systematic QA/QC documentation
•Assist QC Engineers in civil works inspection such as FDT, rebar works, formworks, concrete pouring, concrete compressive tests, pipe fireproofing and waterproofing works
•Directly supervise third party laboratory technicians in on-site and laboratory tests
•Receive and keep all approved for construction (AFC) drawings from project engineering team as primary document and basis for inspection
•Prepare, file, keep and update QA/QC dossier necessary to monitor specific work status and its quality, for future reference and work investigation if problem arises concerning quality assurance and control
•Asphalt and concrete receiving, testing and sampling prior to application or pouring and ensure that proper curing is strictly observed
•Receive, verify and check punch items list issued by the Main Contractor and Consultant and assist Engineers in closing out
•Coordinate and submit actual site progress reports to QA/QC Engineer necessary in evaluating and cross-checking QA/QC Dossier
