Handle all incoming invitation to tender from the Client / Main Contractors.
o Check and evaluate the tender documents if bid or not to bid based on the given scope of works.
o We participate in various tender like hotels, commercial & residential buildings, villas, warehouses, industrial plants and oil & gas plants.
o Interact and coordinate with the Client, Main Contractors and Consultant regarding specific scope required by them and submission of tender offer.
o Prepare the complete offer of the tendered project.
o Ensure all tenders will be submitted on time.
o Finalize bid offer letter and for signature of our Managing Director

o Designate the specific tender to my estimators for further review, extracting BOQ from the drawings and specifications.
o We participate in various tender like hospitals, data centers, pharmaceuticals, hotels, commercial & residential buildings, industrial plants and oil & gas plants.
o Interact and coordinate with the Client, Main Contractors and Consultant regarding specific scope required by them and submission of tender offer.
o Prepare the complete offer of the tendered project.
o Ensure all tenders will be submitted on time.
o Finalize bid offer letter and for signature of our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
I am responsible to check and confirm the completeness of tender documents like drawings, specifications, vendors list, equipment schedules, bill of quantities (BOQ) and scope of works from Client and Main Contractors for various projects like hospitals, museums, data centers, pharmaceuticals, hotels, commercial & residential buildings, industrial plants and residential villas. Prepare and send Request for Information (RFI), if any, address to the Consultant for any missing, discrepancies or conflict with respect to tender documents and specifications to be complied with. Prepare price inquiry to the approved/listed suppliers/manufacturers for quotations. Evaluation of all submitted quotation receives from suppliers if they are complying with data provided to them and specifications. Prepare detailed itemized BOQ and costing for mechanical works using Microsoft excel format, separately for each component in different worksheet and final summary duly linking all the sheets in Excel. Finalize bid offer letter and for signature of our Estimation Manager.
I do prepare Value Engineering studies if require by the Client based on their budget constraints for any given specific project.
In addition, I also do site project inspection and evaluation prior turn-over to Client.

I am responsible to check and confirm the completeness of tender documents like drawings, specifications, vendors list, equipment schedules, bill of quantities (BOQ) and scope of works from Client and Main Contractors for various projects like high rise buildings, residential villas, hotels, hospitals, plant rooms and substations. Prepare and send Request for Information (RFI), if any, address to the Main Contractor or Consultant for any missing, discrepancies or conflict with respect to documents and specifications to be complied with.
I am in-charge to all incoming tender requests from different client and main contractor for various high rise buildings, residential villas, hotels, hospitals, plant rooms and substations to prepare detailed itemized BOQ and cost estimate for mechanical projects. Prepare BOQ using Microsoft excel format based on the tender documents, plans or drawings and specifications require to complete the tender.
In addition, I also prepare heat load calculation and design the air conditioning system if required by the project or the client.
As an Estimation/ QS Engineer, I prepare cost estimate for mechanical projects for bidding and for awarded projects. Conduct site survey for more realistic estimate of material quantity take-off (bill of materials) and other related works necessary to complete the costing for bid. Inquire /canvass materials from different suppliers for reasonable prices to use for competitive in the bidding. Attend pre-bid meeting for a more clarified detail of scope of works. Prepare Request for Clarification (RFC) to the in-house consultant for any technicalities with respect to material specifications to be complied with. Evaluate and approved contractor’s submitted progress report and billing.
As a Project Engineer, I am involved in project implementation in accordance from the issued construction drawings/plans, specifications and construction programs. Conduct regular weekly contractor coordination meetings. Attend regular construction management meeting for planning, coordination and implementation of the projects. Assist and interpret technical concerns of the contractors based on the specifications. Prepare detailed construction schedules and monitor contractor progress of work. Prepare status and accomplishment report. Witness testing and commissioning of completed projects. Prepare documents of completed project for turn-over. Also involve and conduct Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC.
Implement the design in accordance from the issued construction drawings/plans, specifications and construction program. Check and approve inspection forms or permits required for all trades of works.
Project Management.
Review and evaluate the bid documents to gain familiarity with its contents and take note of the items for clarification.
• Conduct site survey/inspection for proper/competitive quantity take-off for mechanical works.
• Prepare tender summary report and detailed estimate, checklist based on the requirement of the project.
• Prepare bill of materials for costing of the projects.
• Design and estimate of Air Conditioning ductwork & piping system for residential, office and building.
• Interface with clients, project managers, engineers and consultant including concern personnel for the implementation of the project.
• Prepare construction reports and other project requirements.
• Conduct testing and commissioning.
• Prepare as-built drawings/plans for proper turn-over of the projects.
