I was able to maintain the condition of the production and replace any defect.I made welding if needed such as arch and acetylene.I was able to operate milling and Lathe machine also inside the shop so that we can reduce the downtime, instead of doing it from the contractor outside, i am the one to machine.Every Sunday we have maintenance on the production.We put grease, and check the alignment of all the rollers and check the condition of our facilities and also did 5's.
I was able to repair all kinds of rotating equipment's such ROTORS, PUMPS, TURBINE, COMPRESSOR (Gas Compressor) and all parts involves in machining.All machine in SAUDI ARAMCO machine shop, already operated, such as Milling Machine, Horizontal Lathe Machine, Rotary Machine, Vertical Lathe Machine(160"Diameter working capacity), Shaper Machine, Oven for heat treatment, Cutting Disk Machine, Band Saw and Balance Machine.
And also i did 5S in our shop all our machine are clean after use.
I made all kinds of jigs and fixtures that suite of the needs of our valid costumers.I operated Milling Machine, Lathe Machine, Grinder Machine, Drill Press and all portable machines that need on the machine Shop.
I made laboratory Test for cartridge of a printer for how long its life expectancy.And also I made Machining and designed using NX and Autocadd software.
I made all kind of testing of our department such as Inkjet parameters, Rise-time and to get the Mass and Velocity and i made a report using Ms Excel and word and send to my immediate superior.
Aside from this i made also inventory of all Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and all consumables.
I am graduate in CITE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE and accredited in TESDA Philippines. This.This course is 3 years.
