Taking off the quantity as per latest drawings
• Preparation of monthly payment application to the client
• Review & evaluate all the documents received from the clients (Contract
Docs, BOQ, Specs. Drawing & Etc.)
• Evaluating and determining of payment certificate to the subcontractor
work done
• Requisition of the materials needed on site
• Preparation of variations to the client if there are any changes as per
original contract
• Preparation of monthly accruals
• Monthly updating the cost plan as per the current situation and forecast
of materials, equipment, labours and preliminaries
• Preparing the daily reports
• Coordinating with the project team regarding the budget allocated for
materials, equipment and labors
• Coordinates with the store keeper regarding materials deliveries, order
status and consumptions
• Monitors the time keeper both Al Nasr and subcontractor manpower
attendance among other facilities and equipment used and purpose
• Coordinates with the quality engineer regarding inspected and approved
works and materials
• Coordinates with supplier for procurement, tracking & query.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Reviewing project specifications, drawings and Quality Control plans and
procedures.
• Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans /
control procedures.
• Preparation of the Inspection Test Plan for the scope of work and have it
approved by the client.
• Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer
/Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
• Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and
collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference
documentation for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility,
authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.
• Cooperate and implementation of relative corrective actions.
Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and
identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related
certifications.
• Inform the Site Manager of any deviation regarding the contract.
• Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable
requirements, standards and/or directives.
• Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that
personnel have access to all required project documentation.
• Underground utilities- inspection and reporting on underground storm,
water, sewer and electrical works.
• Concrete works- pre-pour inspections of formwork, reinforcing steel, and
concrete placement.
• Conducting field inspections and producing inspection reports for various
construction activities.
• Progressively built and compile the project turnover packages throughout
the construction schedule and maintain the up to date of the quality
control records
• Compile the final project turnovers and submission to client approval
• Any other project QA/QC duties as advised from time to time.

Northern

Plan, implement, and coordinate safety programs, requiring application of
engineering principles and technology, to prevent or correct unsafe
environmental working conditions.
• Conducted weekly and monthly toolbox to the workers.
• Conduct site inspection daily if safe acts and safe environment is being
implemented.
• Reporting and Investigation any incidents/accidents that happened on
site.
• Conduct monthly power tools, safety equipment and machinery
inspection.
