Ø Prepare and review of Inspection & test plan (ITP) and quality control procedure (QCP) as per the scope of work and project requirements.
Ø Prepare and submit a request for inspection (RFI) as per approved ITP/QCP.
Ø Prepare and submit two-week look ahead schedules and ensure that all the schedules are met also participate in monthly project quality index meetings with all updated quality records.
Ø Inspect material receiving, installation and testing activities as per project requirement
Ø Outstanding Punch-list closeout and Document submission.

Coordination with Clients to provide solutions for deviations in the types of equipment and to ensure that all standard requirements are met, issuance of NCR & closeout, and involving audit meetings with clients.
Material receiving inspections as per project specification and client requirements (LV/MV/HV Switchgear, LV/MV variable speed drive, Power/Distribution Transformers, LV/MV/HV Cables, LV/MV Motors, Cable trays/Conduits, Lighting materials and Earthing materials etc..)
Carry out site inspections for installation of Underground/Above grade Grounding, Exothermic welding/ compression connectors Termination, Embedded Ground Pad Installation, and Embedded Conduit installation and conduct the ground resistance test as per Project specification and Client requirements.
Carry out measure & control of all electrical testing equipment with calibration certificate, review, and approval of final as-built drawings as per field changes.
Outstanding Punch-list closeout and Document submission.
Ø Prepare and submit request for inspection (RFI) as per approved Inspection and test plan, Quality control procedure.
Ø Co-ordination with Client to provide solutions for deviations on the equipment’s and to ensure that all standard requirements are met, issuance of NCR & closeout.

Ø Inspect site installation and testing activities for overhead transmission lines (Concrete poles, Wood poles and Steel towers), LV/MV/HV Switchgears & Pole mounted Re-Closure, Underground & above grade cable laying, Cable tray installation, Cable gland fittings & terminations, Earthing & Lightning protection system, Lighting system and power/Distribution Transformers installations etc.…as per Project specifications and client requirements.

Ø Prepare and submit a request for inspection (RFI) as per the approved Inspection and test plan.
Ø Coordination with Client to provide solutions for deviations on the equipment and to ensure that all standard requirements are met, issuance of NCR & closeout.

Ø Regular surveillance of ongoing construction activities to avoid repeated jobs.
Ø Inspect incoming material receiving, installation, and testing activities as per approved procedures.
Ø Preparation of energization packages and getting the approval before energizing the Electrical system.

Ø In this project I work as an "Electrical Site Engineer" This is Godavari Lift Irrigation Scheme (GLIS) at Warangal (Dist) / Andhra Pradesh, Which is an EPC project on Turnkey Basis and the total project cost is Rs750 Crores. This project has high rating capacity Metallic Volute and Concrete Volute pumps with 11kv Synchronous Motors rating 8500kw, 6000kw, and 3000kw with all allied Mechanical works.
Ø Supervise and monitor project construction work, and prepare material requests as per approved data sheets and drawings.
